South Lancs Amateur Radio Club (SLARC) will be holding a Field Day this coming Saturday at Haigh Hall, starting from approximately 10:00am ⏰
You’ll find us at the Bandstand near the café ☕, where members, visitors, and anyone with an interest in amateur radio are welcome to come along and get involved.

We’ll also be running live ARDF (Amateur Radio Direction Finding) demonstrations using three transmitters 🧭📻 — ideal for anyone who fancies having a go and testing their radio tracking skills.
Whether you’re a licensed operator, thinking about getting started, or just curious to see what amateur radio is all about — everyone is welcome!
