Our club Chairman John and Secretary Nigel were out and about at Eastham Country Park assisting Wirral Amateur Radio Society (WARS) for their yearly ARDF event. The weather was very warm throughout the day, making it an enjoyable event. As usual, the WARS team were very hospitable providing tea & coffee to both competitors and event organisers.
The competitors set very good times ranging from 41 minutes to just under two hours. Whilst the have a go people, were setting a slightly more leisurely pace.
