SLARC hosted the first Amateur Radio Direction Finding event for Region 3 of 2026 at Haigh Hall. Haigh Hall provided an excellent service, even driving the team around the park in their buggies to speed up the setup. The weather stayed dry during the day whilst the contestants worked their way around the challenging Haigh Hall course. The competitors ranging from 1hour 40minutes to over two hours. There were a number of have a go competitor’s , who also enjoyed the challenging course.
